Workshop Terms & Conditions

Workshop spaces are limited and are filled on a first-come, first served basis through this website. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We will contact you if there are any changes to scheduling.


Refunds & Credits

Workshops are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you can not attend a workshop you are more than welcome to send someone in your place.

We reserve the right to cancel any workshop due to low enrolments, which doesn't happen often, in which case we will issue students with a credit note. Credit notes can be used towards a different workshop.


Design & CAlligraphy Terms & Conditions

Hopefully you would like to work together because you like what you see here on my website! Therefore please note that all works will be created in my own personal style, within the guidelines of the client and I will not accept any requests to re-create another artist’s work.

With regard to the semi-customisable invitation collection; I will do my best to accommodate your desired wording, however may make changes as necessary, where required to suit the existing design.

With regard to calligraphy and hand-lettering services; as these are handwritten please note that there will always be slight letterform and placement variances, that’s what gives it it’s one of a kind magic!

I will always do my best to present my work (including colours) as accurately as possible online, however, please keep in mind that what you see on screen may differ slightly from the finished/physical product.


We will agree a timeframe and completion date together, at the beginning of our project. I will notify you immediately if these dates need to change.

With regard to invitations or any design project that involves text, I will require your desired copy finalised, including spell checked, before I start getting into the good stuff (the designing!).

I would greatly appreciate your prompt response to proof rounds as any major design changes or delays in feedback may affect production time.


Following the initial concept presentation when we will agree on a design brief, you will receive 2 complimentary proof rounds for minor revisions and 1 final check before proceeding to print. Any additional proof rounds will be charged at $25 per round.

Please carefully review each proof with an eagle eye and thoroughly check spelling.

By approving the final proof, you take responsibility for the final design as shown.


A 25% deposit is required following our initial briefing, before our project starts. With the remainder due following your final sign off.

The final product will be shipped following receipt of the final payment.


Due to the nature of the service provided, I am not able to offer refunds.
